On September 21st, the 3rd North America Tsinghua Alumni Convention was held in Toronto, Canada, gathering together around 750 Tsinghua alumni from 44 regions across North America.
The convention not only provided a chance for Tsinghua alumni to connect with each other, but also provided a platform to discuss and share ideas regarding education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and career development.
Before the convention, Tsinghua alumni participated in various sports activities, such as tennis, golf, running, and ping-pong, in order to echo the athletic tradition of Tsinghua. Over 200 alumni ran 3km with their alma mater’s President Qiu Yong.
During the convention, a photo exhibition was also held, showcasing the long history of Tsinghua, the splendid achievements of its Global Strategy, and the beautiful Tsinghua campus.
