To deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, to fully exert the educational and training role of secondary party schools for party members, cadres, and active applicants for party membership, and to promote full coverage of political theory learning among faculty and staff, in accordance with the "Tsinghua University Committee Party School Work Regulations" and the "Notification on the Pilot Establishment of Secondary Party Schools" (Qing Group Notice [2022] No. 18), on May 30th, the Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee held a committee meeting to decide on the establishment of the Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School. At the same time, "The Decision on the Establishment of the Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School," "The Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School Construction Plan," and "The Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School 2022 Work Plan" were reviewed and approved.

The Precision Instrumentation Department PartyThe Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School operates under the direct leadership of the department's Party Committee while also receiving guidance and supervision from the university's Party School. The primary mission of the Party School is to organize centralized rotational training for party members of the Precision Instrumentation Department, actively carry out educational and training activities aimed at all staff, party branch secretaries and members, and active party membership applicants, to promote full coverage of political theory learning among faculty and staff, and to advance the research and theoretical innovation of ideological and political subjects.

Following the establishment of the Party School, it will integrate the theoretical learning of the Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee's central group, the student party construction work group, party branches, youth league organizations, and all types of political theory learning and educational activities of faculty and staff, as well as education and training for active party membership applicants, development targets, and new party members into the work of the Party School. It will manage overall coordination, organization, and resource sharing.

The construction plan of the Party School has clarified the curriculum system, which includes modules such as party theory and party character education, political discipline and political rules education, party history learning education, and the glorious tradition and mission education of the Precision Instrumentation Department. It has also made regulations regarding the construction of a faculty team, online platform construction, learning space construction, and assessment and evaluation mechanisms.

The establishment of the Precision Instrumentation Department Party Committee Party School will greatly strengthen the construction of the political theory learning and education and training system for faculty and students of the department, play an active role in the rotational training of party members, cadre training, political leadership of key talents, and party construction research. It will become the main battleground for party members, cadres, and active party membership applicants to strengthen their party spirit cultivation and educational training, an important front to promote full coverage of political theory learning among faculty and staff, and guide party members, cadres, and all teachers and students to enhance their "Four Consciousnesses," firm the "Four Confidences," and achieve the "Two Upholds." It will enhance the political judgment, comprehension, and execution of faculty and staff, and better serve the development of the university and the Precision Instrumentation Department.
