Jing Yi Department of Liu Xueqing and Dr. Wang Huan as Postdoctoral Academic Reports

On the morning of March 20th, Jingyi Department of Liu Xueqing and Dr. Wang Huan made the title of “Precise Laser Fabrication of Hard Materials Micronanostructures” and “Laser Micro/Nano Preparation of Functional Microfluidic Chips” in the conference room of the 4304 faculty. Academic report, Director of the Institute of Optics, Cao Liangcai presided over the meeting.

Dr. Liu Xueqing introduced the dry etching assisted femtosecond laser processing technology in the report. Focusing on this technology, graphics transfer, grayscale direct writing, laser modification and other technical programs are reported in the research of silicon, sapphire, silicon carbide, and other three-dimensional microstructures of hard materials.

Dr. Wang Huan proposed laser micro/nano-plus technology such as femtosecond laser photodynamic assembly and microfluidic chip-assisted femtosecond laser direct writing for the problems of relatively simple single-function, small-scale processing of laser micro/nano processing technology. A new type of microstructure.

More than 20 teachers and students from Jingyi Department attended the report meeting and had a lively discussion on relevant issues.
