On March 23rd, Party branch secretaries debriefing and appraisal conference was held in Department of Precision Instrument. In this conference, Party branch secretaries were examined and assessed. More than 30 people, including members of the party committee, branch secretaries, representatives of teachers and students, attended the meeting. This meeting was presided over by Party secretary, Qiang Liu.

According to Tsinghua University,《The Notice on holding Party branch organizational life meeting, democratic appraisal meeting of Party members and Party branch secretaries debriefing meeting》, 24 branch secretaries in our department reported their work in 2016.

They mainly reported their work about studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building, key task on fundamental Party building and Party member group building. In their their report, they combined feedback from Party members and the mass. They also made profound analysis of their problems and shortcomings, laid out clear direction for future work. After the end of the reporting, Party committee, Party branch secretaries and representatives of teachers and students communicated on site and made evaluation of their work performance.

Party Secretary, Qiang Liu, gave comments on the work of each Party branch secretary. Qiang Liu, fully affirmed the work result of the branch secretaries in the past year and expressed sincere gratitude to their hard work. Mr. Liu also stressed that, in the following year, we should pay more attention to the work of Party building and make arrangements of organizational activities in the spring semester. Finally, Mr. Liu deployed the research topic and application work of characteristic activities in each Party branch in the year 2017, requiring all branches actively apply for characteristic activities, which combine with their branch reality. He hoped that, in the following year, Our Party branch could continue working hard together and perform the work of Party building well.
