The branch labor union of Tsinghua University in SOE and some excellent members were honored by Tsinghua on April 2 for their outstanding work in the year 2010.

    The branch labor union in SOE won the third prize of the “Excellent work of branch unions of Tsinghua University in 2010”. The labor union group of the division of water environment was granted the “Excellent labor union group of Tsinghua University in 2010”. A few faculty member of SOE, including Sun Fu, Wang Yuxuan, Ma Yongliang, Yang Hongwei, and Xi Jinying, were honored “Active member of Tsinghua Labor Union in 2010”.

    A few retired faculty members of SOE were also honored for their persistent devotion even when off the position. Jing Wenyong, a famous expert in environmental protection, was awarded the “Excellent Senior Individual of Tsinghua University in 2010”. Yuan Guangyu was granted the “Excellent Retired Individual of Tsinghua University in 2010”.
