Data Elements and the Development of China's Digital Economy--Focusing on "Twenty Data Measures"

"Twenty Data Measures" is a basic policy document aimed at advancing the digital economy, a key focus post the 20th National Congress. On January 18, 2023, the Institute of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, hosted a lecture on Data Elements and the Development of China's Digital Economy-Focusing on "Twenty Data Measures". In combination with the research and accomplishments made in digital economy and data elements in recent years, the lecture interpreted "Twenty Data Measures" from five dimensions: data property rights system, data element circulation and trading system, data element income distribution system, data element governance system and the macroeconomic and ecological value of data.
