The Chinese Economy: Prosperity and Prospects


To understand the global economy, it is imperative to understand the development and trajectory of the Chinese economy. In this Masterclass, professor LI will lead students to explore the development of the Chinese economy as well as its prosperity and prospects.

LI Jinliang is a Professor in Finance at School of Economics and Management and is Dean of International Affairs, Tsinghua University. Professor LI's research interests include financial markets and risk management.

Founded in 1984, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management is committed to advancing knowledge and cultivating leaders for China and the world. The 2021 Tsinghua Global Summer School will be held from June 28 to July 6, themed Innovation for Sustainable Development. There will be more than 1,000 outstanding young students from all over the world participating in the courses online.
