Postgraduate Programs
Tsinghua University is a hub for learning and discovery and helps pave the way for research and innovation in China and the world. In 2021, more than 3,400 international students from over 130 countries were enrolled, and over 2,000 are graduate students of 116 nationalities. Along with the undergraduate recruitment event, representatives of Tsinghua University will introduce its postgraduate programs to international students. Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (SIGS)
Another live admissions event will be held by Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. Established in 2019, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (SIGS) brings Tsinghua's history of excellence and top-tier education programs to the Greater Bay Area, integrating them with the dynamic and entrepreneurial spirits of this thriving city in the pursuit of technological advancement and societal progress.
Tsinghua SIGS has set up 6+1 theme areas that overcome traditional borders between academic disciplines and promote interdisciplinary research and learning. They include Materials Science, Data Science & Information Technology, Biopharmaceutical & Health Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Future Human Habitats, Environment & Ecology, and Innovation Management. School of Vehicle and Mobility (SVM)
The School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University provides both master's programs and Ph.D. programs for international students. SVM provides Master's programs in Vehicle and Mobility (English), Mechanical Engineering (Chinese), Power Engineering & Engineering Thermophysics (Chinese); Ph.D. programs in Mechanical Engineering (Chinese), Power Engineering & Engineering Thermophysics (Chinese).
At SVM, you will gain solid professional knowledge of automotive engineering, outstanding research and practical abilities, and good international vision and cross-cultural communication skills.
