In celebration of the discovery of the structure of DNA in the United Kingdom 50 years ago, an exhibition will take place at Tsinghua University from April 18 to 29 and at Xin Dong An Shopping Centre, in Wangfujing Street, from May 1 to 9, unlocking some of the mysteries of this monumental discovery.

Organized by the British Council and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the exhibition called "DNA 50" will be open to the public free of charge and will help the public's understanding of scientific issues such as cloning, genetically modified food etc.
