President Visits Tsinghua ‘family’ in Vancouver

Tsinghua President Qiu Yong met more than 90 alumni in the Canadian city of Vancouver on Sunday, September 20th, telling them ‘wherever our alumni are, that is where Tsinghua University is’.

He outlined the future roadmap and reforms Tsinghua is currently undertaking, and welcomed all of the Tsinghua ‘family’ across the world to join together and participate.

During his visit to Canada President Qiu visited the Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability (CIRS) and Fortinet Inc. Both have strong connections with Tsinghua University.
