Tsinghua Foreign Students Perform in National Foreign Students’ Talent Show

The 1st National Foreign Students’ Talent Show, sponsored by the International Department of Ministry of Education, was held in the Music College at Hangzhou Normal University. Hao Ping, Vice Minister of Education and Zheng Jiwei, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, were present. Foreign students from 17 universities performed brilliantly in this event.

The Tsinghua team, composed of 11 students from the United States, Russia, Switzerland, Canada and France offered a passionate and energetic dance program, combining swing, African, Latin and Hip-Hop dance elements in the repertoire.  The young dancers received a cheerful welcome from the audience who was delighted with their routines and exceptional execution, making this first show a great success.
