The visiting Nepali Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal visited Tsinghua and delivered a speech in the Tsinghua Global Vision Lectures Series in Tsinghua's Main Building on December 30. Tsinghua University President Gu Binglin had a conversation with Prime Minister Nepal prior to the speech and gave him a synopsis of Tsinghua's recent development. Mr. Qiu Guohong, Ambassador of China to Nepal, and Tsinghua Vice President Xie Weihe also attended the conversation.

Prime Minister Nepal answered several questions from the students after his speech.
