Professor Arthur Garson, the Executive Vice President and Provost of the University of Virginia, delivered a speech on March 12 to the Tsinghua Forum entitled “Who will provide health care for the people of the world: a new model for care involving patients, grandparents, nurses and physicians”.

Tsinghua University Vice President Yuan Si had a discussion with Professor Garson prior to the speech， exchanging ideas on university development and future cooperation.
