The 2nd World University Shooting Championship (WUSC), organized by the International University Sport Federation (FISU) and hosted by the Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC) and Tsinghua Univeristy, will take place in Beijing from October 8 to 11. More than 400 athletes and coaches from 29 countries and regions will participate in the Championship.

The venue for the WUSC will be the Olympic Shooting Center. The Olympic Shooting Center was the venue for the shooting competition in the 2008 Olympics. The 2nd World University Shooting Championship includes competition in pistol, rifle and skeet events. There are a total of 16 events for men and women.
