President Wang Dazhong, vice president Gu Binglin, vice secretary of the communist committee of Tsinghua university Zhang Zaixin, Zhuang Lijun and Yang Zhenbin, academician Li Yanda, dean of the School of Information Science and other professors and students watched the inauguration of the 16th Party Congress on the morning of Nov. 8.
