Tsinghua launches film panorama celebrating 100th anniversary of CPC

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the 95th of the founding of the Tsinghua Party organization, the university launched a film panorama on June 3. The opening film, Liu Qing, was released in the auditorium of Tsinghua University.

Director Tian Bo, Producer Wang Miaoxia, Art Director Huo Tingxiao and other members of the film had in-depth exchanges with Tsinghua teachers and students to share the film’s background and production.

More than ten classic films, including Song of Youth, Five Golden Flowers, Visitors on the Icy Mountain, Sparking Red Star, The Little Flower, and Long March, will be released in succession.

Some of the films are accompanied by video lectures by experts to give the audience in-depth understanding of their historical background, historical value and artistic style.
