International Cooperation

Members of the SPPM community are engaged in intensive cooperation with academic institutions, firms, foundations, and international organizations, hold relevant academic conferences, publish academic articles, and exchange ideas and information through the Internet.

At the present time our faculty members have already begun exchange and cooperation initiatives in course development, faculty training, joint research and training, and case writing with many public management schools and departments around the world. Some of our main partners include the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) in Paris and the University of Hong Kong.

We have also worked closely with international institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). We also have good relations with multinational corporations, for example, sponsored by Toyota Motor Corporation, we founded the Center for Industrial Development and Environmental Governance (CIDEG) in 2005.
