Research is mainly concentrated on experimental condensed-matter physics. Current interests are focused on:
1Thermal interface materials (TIM): fundamental and application researches

      Carbon nanotube array based TIM, fabrication, structure and properties

      Heat transport in nano materials and their complications

2Nanocomposites and their applications
