Position 1: Sales Support
Base: Egypt

Job Description:
Assist sales to do sales data analysis, and make sales report
Cooperate with sales manager to collect and integrate sales demand plan
Responsible for the rational allocation of inventory, cost control, and optimizing inventory structure

Bachelor degree or above
Strong communication skills; recognize Xiaomi values
Be sensitive to numbers and good at summarizing and analyzing

Position 2: Retail Operation Specialist
Base: Dubai

Job Description:
Responsible for sales data collection and analysis in view of the regional activation and key KA
Responsible for new products management, the plans of new products arrival, and following up plan implementation progress
Responsible for building information collection and following up countries to achieve progress
Responsible for event planning and implementation
Responsible for promoting the project progress

Position 3: Indonesian Social Media Expert
Base: Beijing/ Indonesia

Job Description:
Manage social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) of MIUI Indonesia. Including contributing to campaign planning, content creation and community management
Develop digital/social media campaigns to increase organic reach and brand recognition of MIUI
Contribute content to overall daily operation
Engage local Mi fans on social media and multiple online groups (eg. telegram, whatsApp, Facebook group)
Provide insight to content localization including throughout understanding of local social icons

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Indonesian or related field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
Highly motivated to learn and run successful digital campaigns
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong analytically skills and ability to make constructive recommendations based on industry knowledge
High level of initiative; See a project from end-to-end
Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset
Experience working globally
