研究领域

        从事凝聚态物理实验研究,主要探索新型电、磁材料及不同体系的人工设计/组装的异质结构中电性、磁性和磁电之间耦合的新奇现象,揭示产生这些新奇现象的物理机制,拓展和深化对电性、磁性和磁电之间耦合的认识,并致力于展示其在应用方面的潜力。目前涉及的材料体系有多铁、磁性/庞磁/巨磁电阻、铁电和介电、超导等。主要研究方向是:

(1)新型电、磁材料的薄膜及纳米结构的生长和物性研究

(2)新型电、磁材料薄膜异质结构的设计/生长/微加工、物性研究及可能的器件应用(自旋电子学及电阻存储器等)

(3)强关联体系及新型超导体

目前承担着科技部重大科学研究计划项目及国家自然科学基金重点项目等重要项目。
