研究概况

主持或参与国家863、国家973、国家创新研究群体基金、国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目、北京市科技计划纳米科技产业园建设项目、军口配套、佛山市重大科技项目海内外招标、北京自然科学基金等各类项目30余项。发表学术论文110篇,公开或授权专利50余项。开展了高性能压电陶瓷材料、低温烧结高性能压电陶瓷材料、叠层压电陶瓷材料制备科学研究。采用(K,Na)NbO3-Li(Sb,Ta)O3体系成功获得无铅化且性能最优的压电陶瓷厚膜及多层压电陶瓷,极大地推进了无铅材料的实用化进程。首次给出了KNN基陶瓷与Ag/Pd内电极界面元素扩散的直接证据,扩散层5nm,实现了元素扩散可控,提高元件寿命1个数量级。首次成功实现压电扬声器无铅化,其平均声压级87dB。曾开发出世界上转速最高11200r/min压电微电机,与以色列合作开发出HDD磁盘驱动用微型压电电机,首次提出可10万次步进累积误差小于1度的压电微电机。与飞利浦电子、恩智浦半导体、新加坡大道工业集团、中国工程物理研究院等国内外知名企业和研究机构合作,先后成功研制出可用于电声、消费类电子、瓷砖装饰、电子通信、纺织、智能交通、半导体、军工等行业需求的新型压电元器件和应用技术。如:超精密压电定位台;用于手机的超薄压电扬声器;人机交互的压电陶瓷触摸屏;手机聚焦/变焦压电光学模组;超轻压电音箱和压电耳机;货车超载动态检测压电传感器;HDD压电硬盘驱动技术;武器用压电微系统;釉料喷射压电喷墨头等。所发表的学术论文被国内外从事机电工程、机器人、电机、航空宇航、振动力学、电子通讯、物理、分析化学、材料学、流体力学等不同领域专家所引用。

1.2013年获总装备部军队科技进步二等奖“某某原型样机”,J20130219-10;
2.2010年主持的面上基金“多层压电陶瓷激振机理研究”,获国家自然基金委员会和中国工程物理研究院颁布的国家安全学术基金NSAF优秀奖;
3.2009年获全国第四届“发明创业奖”特等奖,授予“当代发明家”荣誉称号;
