Tsinghua Law School and Beijing Intellectual Property Court Sign Cooperation Pact

On April 8, 2015, a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement between Tsinghua Law School and the Beijing Intellectual Property Court was held at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court. The agreement provides for more frequent personnel exchanges between the two sides and increased academic research cooperation.

 

The Beijing Intellectual Property Court was established against the backdrop of the great national innovation strategy, representing the intellectual property trial standard and it is an exploratory base for judicial reform. The Beijing Intellectual Property Court has first-class judges with extensive experience conducting intellectual property trials. The agreement between Tsinghua Law School and the Beijing Intellectual Property Court will push the cooperation for the exchange of experts and student internships to a new level.
