Tsinghua Law Prof Yang Guohua Joins Journal of World Trade

On October 25, 2014, Tsinghua Law School Professor Yang Guohua was invited by the chief editor of The Journal of World Trade to join the distinguished publication’s editorial committee.

The Journal of World Trade is an important publication in the international economic law field and is an acknowledged authoritative journal international trade law. Articles published by the journal involve the global integration process, implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement and expansion of the European integration process as well as WTO developments regarding regulations, the economy, society and the law.

The Journal of World Trade is an English-language, bimonthly periodical established in 1967, published by the global legal publishing company of Kluwer Law International. This journal’s board consists of one chief editor and eleven editorial committee members, all of whom are renowned experts in international economic and legal circles.

Tsinghua Law School Professor Yang Guohua has published several works on the law of the World Trade Organization and international intellectual property law and policy. Previously, at the Chinese Embassy in the USA, he was Acting Vice General of Department of Treaty and Law as well as an intellectual property specialist.
