Guiping Zhu has been appointed Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University since 2007. She was authorized Bachelor's degrees in 1995, Master in 1998, and a Ph.D in 2006 respectively in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University. Her research interests include energy storage, interactions between electric vehicle and power grid, active distribution network and power quality control. She has been the PI of more than 20 academic and industrial projects. She is the author or co-author of 4 books on the course of principles of electric circuits. She has been a Member of IEEE since 2005.
