 General Information


The Department of Automation was established in 1970. In order to trainqualified personnel well adapted to job variation, there is only one Automation speciality for undergraduates.

 Laboratories

The department has 8 well equipped laboratories, such as the Computer Integrated
 Manufacturing Systems Engineering Research Center, and the Intelligent Information
 Processing Branch of The National Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Intelligent Systems.


 Staff

The Department has 34 professors, 16 doctoral supervisors and 81 associate professors. Professor Li Yanda is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
